PH condemns beheading of Briton

The Department of National Defense (DND) has condemned the beheading of a British aid worker, whose group had given assistance to local communities hit by Super Typhoon “Yolanda” last year.

Former President Fidel V. Ramos on Tuesday expressed sadness over the death of US Sen. Daniel Inouye, whom he described as “not only a good personal friend, but also a great friend of the Philippines and the Filipino people.”
