Dear Friends and Partners,

Young Public Servants - INCITEGov (YPS) with Akbayan Youth, Ayala Young Leaders, TAYO, FTV, Reform Coalition, Student Council Alliance of the Philippines, WhyNotForum, Youth Alliance Philippines, Movement for Good Governance would like to invite you to the launch of YOUTH VOTE PHILIPPINES on September 20, 2008, 8 pm at the Cubao Expo, Araneta Center, Cubao.

Youth Vote Philippines is an alliance of various youth and reform-minded organizations for the 2010 elections and beyond. The objective is to create online and offline collaboration for voter's education and increased voter registration. This campaign will be a series of events to be launched nationwide with pilot sites in Cebu, Davao, Baguio and Manila. We envision strategic alliances for 2016 with 2010 as a starting point for collaboration.

Youth Vote Philippines brings together the expertise of the various youth organizations in voter education. It has integrated the school caravan programs of YAP, AYLC and information programs of FTV, SCAP and Akabayan Youth, combined with technology innovation and an information portal by YPS.

Also part of the network pool of skills is the marketing and program expertise of the WhyNotFoum and networking with the experts in TAYO, the Reform Coalition, INCITEGov, and the MGG.

We believe that it is in alliances and collaboration that we can move forward towards reform. Let's all work together for 2010 and beyond!

For more information, email yps (info@yps.org.ph) or youthvotephilippines (yvotephilippines@ gmail.com)

We hope to see you on Saturday!

Ching Jorge

Young Public Servants
