Rotary Club of Manila holds the 2021 PRO PATRIA Journalism Awards in spirit of Independence Day

Several prints, tv, and radio networks are awarded for their resiliency in disseminating fair and truthful information resulting in an informed and enlightened citizenry in these critical times.

Dean Amado D. Valdez, former Chairman of the Social Security Commission and Chairman of the 2021 RCM’s Journalism Awards cited these print, TV, and Radio institutions for committing valuable resources for the protection of free expression and providing a platform and facilities for constructive criticism of government actions. They encouraged as well adequate and competent scrutiny of private enterprise.

Club President Robert L. Joseph, a prominent businessman and environmental advocate said the awardees include: (enumerate the awardees)

The Rotary Club of Manila, the first in Asia dedicates the 2021 PRO PATRIA Journalism Awards to this year’s Independence Day.
