PH maintains alert level in Israel

The Philippine government is maintaining the same alert level in Israel despite the escalating situation there. “For now, we are at same alert level … Filipinos [there] are advised to take precautions,” Ivy Banzon-Abalos, executive director for strategic communications of the Department of Foreign Affairs, told reporters. She added that the embassy in Israel has not received any reports of Filipino casualties in the airstrikes between Israelis and Palestinians.
