OFWs in Libya can still return to conflict-zone jobs

He said Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III shared his view that OFWs should not be prevented from spending Christmas with their families with an assurance that they could return to jobs in conflict zones that they themselves decided to pursue. —Dona Z. Pazzibugan
