President Rodrigo Duterte arrived in Davao City at around 7 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 18, 2018, after his attendance to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) Summit in Papua New Guinea.

Before that the President also attended the 33rd Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Summit in Singapore on Nov. 16 and 17. /atm
