The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has arrested one of South Korea’s most wanted men accused of defrauding 10,000 of his countrymen in a $100-million investment scam.

Chun Tae-joon, 53, was apprehended by virtue of a deportation warrant after hiding in the Philippines for more than 13 years.

Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente said the bureau’s Fugitive Search Unit  arrested Chun on Tuesday night on Kalayaan Avenue in Quezon City.
