Laos PM leaves PH ahead of Asean culmination
Laos Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith was the first to leave the Philippines ahead of the culmination of the 31st Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Summit slated Tuesday afternoon.
Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque confirmed that Sisoulith flew out of the country Tuesday morning.

“The Prime Minister of Laos, we have been informed, has a state visitor in Vientiane. This is the reason why he has to leave the Philippines early,” Roque said.
Sisoulith was Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs before becoming Prime Minister of Laos in 2016. /kga
