CEBU CITY – A 38-year-old Korean national was reported to be in critical condition after he allegedly shot himself in the head on a bench in a garden across the Pag-IBIG building inside the Cebu Business Park in Cebu City on Monday morning.

Myung Keung Kang, 38, a temporary resident of Lapulapu City, was seen smoking a cigarette about 6 a.m. before witnesses were jolted by a burst of gunfire.
