Malaysian PM Najib Razak to arrive in Manila Thursday

MANILA, Philippines- Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak will arrive Thursday to attend the signing of the historic Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB) at Malacañang, the Department of Foreign Affairs confirmed Wednesday.

“Prior to the signing ceremony, Prime Minister Najib will meet with the President, to briefly discuss matters of mutual concern between the Philippines and Malaysia,” DFA spokesperson Charles Jose said in a press conference.

Jose said the Prime Minister and his delegation would be in the country for a one-day working visit upon the invitation of President Benigno Aquino III.
