Amidst the devastation and ruin wrought by Supertyphoon “Yolanda’’ (international name Haiyan), the Philippine representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) urged the Filipino people to stay strong and keep the spirit of “bayanihan” alive.
