THE Department of Science and Technology (DOST) has opened the traveling science exhibit dubbed ?Science on the Move? at the Negros Oriental Convention Center in Dumaguete City last Monday.
In cooperation with the Philippine Foundation for Science and Technology and the Confederation of Scientific and Professional Organizations, the Science on the Move is an interactive traveling science exhibit in the country that showcases a new process of science-learning system through participatory, interactive and hands-on exhibits and educational programs.
The organizers believe that exposing the youth to interactive exhibits can inspire their curiosity in science and some concept works.
The exhibit will run until Nov. 28 and is supported by the Department of Education (DepEd).
Students and their parents, teachers, school administrators and the general public are invited to witness the exhibit.
