Why:

Special Agent in Charge Stephanie Douglas will present SF Giants player Pablo Sandoval an award in recognition for his contribution to the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA)/FBI National Child ID Program.

Sandoval is partnering with AFCA/FBI National Child ID Program to provide over 50,000 fingerprinting kits to the children in the local community.

The American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) created the National Child Identification Program (NCIDP) in 1997. The FBI joined in the partnership with AFCA in 2001, making this the only program of its kind to gain the backing of the FBI.
