MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) has created a task force to investigate the death of Dutch development worker Wilhelmus JJ Lutz Geertman.

“We need to intensify the investigation and these agencies will work together to solve this case as soon as possible,” Rosales said.
