MANILA, Philippines—Already facing a disbarment complaint, Attorney Harry Roque may get into another bit of trouble.

The Armed Forces of the Philippines on Wednesday said that part of the complaint to disbar Roque from the Integrated Bar of the Philippines was the possibility that the lawyer could be barred from entering any Military camp in the country.

“His grave misconduct here in Camp Aguinaldo is a basis to ban him from entering all military camps in the Philippines,” Lieutenant Harold Cabunoc, Armed Forces of the Philippines Public Affairs Chief said.

On October 22, Roque led the family of Jeffrey “Jennifer” Laude, the Filipino transgender killed in Olongapo City, and Marc Suselbeck, Laude’s German fiancé to the Mutual Defense Board-Security Engagement Board (MDB-SEB) compound inside Camp Aguinaldo.

Roque, Suselbeck and the Laudes demanded to see US Marines Private First Class Joseph Scott Pemberton, the suspect in the murder of the transgender.
