Voting started on time in most overseas precincts, except in Jeddah, where voting started on April 16, due to the delay in the release of election paraphernalia from local customs, the Commission on Elections said.

Voting hours in Jeddah will be extended to compensate for the lost days. There are 737,759 registered overseas absentee voters. Vera Files
