39 women repatriates arrive from Syria
MANILA, Philippines—Thirty-nine Filipino workers from strife-torn Syria arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Wednesday afternoon.
The repatriates, all women, availed of the government’s mandatory repatriation program.
Vice President Jejomar Binay welcomed the latest batch of repatriates who arrived on an Emirates flight around 4:30 p.m.
