MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Embassy in the United States will conduct a mobile voting activity in the Cayman Islands later this month.

In an advisory early Thursday (Manila time), the embassy said its consular outreach team will hold a mobile voting activity in the Cayman Islands from April 23 to 27 pursuant to a Commission on Elections (Comelec) resolution in connection with overseas voting.

Based on latest Comelec data, there are 224 registered Filipino overseas voters in the Cayman Islands.

“Registered voters may collect their ballots at the outreach venue, Holiday Inn, 278 Crighton Drive Grand Cayman, KYI-1206, Cayman Islands, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM,” the embassy’s advisory stated.

“Voters may personally submit their sealed accomplished ballots at the outreach venue until 6:00 PM, 27 April 2022. They may also return their accomplished ballots by mail to the Embassy of the Philippines in Washington, D.C.,” it added.
