DFA: No new COVID-19 cases, deaths and recoveries among Filipinos abroad

MANILA, Philippines — With no new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases reported among Filipinos living abroad, the total number of infections is still 10,549, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said.

In its updated tally posted Sunday on Twitter, the DFA noted that of the total cases, 3,006 are still undergoing treatment at various health centers.

Meanwhile, the total number of deaths due to the respiratory disease remains at 793 after the DFA recorded no additional deaths among Filipinos abroad.

The total number of COVID-19 recoveries among Filipinos abroad also remains at 6,750 with no new recoveries, the DFA said.
