MANILA, Philippines — Four more Filipinos in Hong Kong tested positive for the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), according to the Philippine Consulate General there.
In separate updates posted on its official Facebook page on Tuesday and Monday afternoon, the consulate said the Hong Kong Health Department informed them Monday night that a total of four Filipinos tested positive for the disease.
“There are now seven (7) Filipino COVID-19 positive patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals in Hong Kong,” the consulate said.
This brings the total number of Filipinos in Hong Kong who contracted the disease to 11.
Of the number, four have already recovered, based on data from the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).

The consulate, meanwhile, assured it continues to extend all necessary assistance to those undergoing treatment.
