Global manhunt on for Ramona Bautista
MANILA, Philippines—The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has launched a global manhunt for Ramona Bautista, one of the prime suspects in the killing of his brother Ramgen.
NBI Director Magtanggol Gatdula said his office has asked investigation agencies in 188 countries for information on the whereabouts of Bautista, who flew out of the country on November 4.
The Interpol Ankara on Tuesday informed the NBI that Bautista arrived in Turkey on November 5 but left the Eurasian country six hours after her arrival.
At least one witness and two suspects tagged Ramona and her 18-year-old brother Ramon Joseph or RJ as the masterminds of the October 28 killing allegedly over a financial squabble among siblings.
Out of the seven suspects, who included Ramona and RJ, five have been under the custody of police.
