CIM to hold postgraduate course in family medicine

THE Department of Family and Community Medicine of the Cebu Institute of Medicine – Cebu (Velez) General Hospital will hold its 15th postgraduate course in family medicine on June 2 and 3 at the Cebu Grand Convention Center.

The 15th postgraduate course, the second part of last year’s postgraduate course that bears the theme “Redesigning Patient Care in Office Practice Part 2” is centered on the foundations of a family physician.

For this year, topics will focus on obstetrics, gynecology and pediatrics.

The Philippine Academy of Family Physicians will give 40 continuing medical education units to the participants.
