The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Thursday approved the filing of kidnapping-for-ransom case against two senior police officers involved in the kidnapping and killing of South Korean national Jee Ick Joo.
Senior Police Officer 3 (SPO3) Ricky Sta. Isabel, SPO4 Roy Villegas and Ramon Yalung will be charged with kidnapping-for-ransom with homicide. RAM
