Duterte arrives in Cambodia

PHNOM PENH- President Duterte is now in Cambodia for a two day state visit.

Mr. Duterte’s plane touched down at the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh at 5:57 pm (6:57 p.m. Manila time).

The first thing on his schedule is a meeting with some 1,000 members of the Filipino community here.

There are more than 5,000 Filipinos in Cambodia, many of them professionals, managers, supervisors and skilled workers.

On Wednesday, he will have a royal audience with Cambodia’s King Norodom Sihamoni and a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Hun Sen. The King will also host a banquet for him.
