Filipino killed in hit-and-run in Los Angeles freeway
LOS ANGELES – A former resident of Guam was killed in a horrific hit-and-run in a busy Los Angeles freeway early Sunday morning, November 30.
The victim was identified as William Sulpacio, 31, reported the Pacific News Center in Guam https://www.pacificnewscenter.com/guam/item/1017-former-guam-resident-killed-in-la-hit-and-run.
Sulpacio had pulled over to the shoulder of Freeway 405 around 2:25 a.m. because of car trouble, according to PNC’s affiliate station ABC7 in Los Angeles
A speeding car struck Sulpacio as he stepped out of his BMW. The car that hit him then fled the scene.
Other cars may have hit Sulpacio as well. At least one of those vehicles stopped. Los Angeles Authorities are asking for help in identifying the vehicle and possible suspects that struck Sulpacio: Contact the South Los Angeles CHP Office at 310-516-3355.
