2 Filipino nurses honored in Saudi Arabia

MANILA, Philippines— Two Filipino nurses were honored in Saudi Arabia for their 35 years of excellent service in the health sector.

The two unanamed Filipinos, working at the Buraidah Central Hospital in Saudi Arabi, were recognized for their “degree of professionalism, compassion and keeping calm under stress,” Arab News reported.

The report said Saudi intellectuals have often described Filipino nurses as pillars of the health care services in Saudi Arabia.
