MANILA, Philippines—The Philippine Coast Guard is on full alert Thursday for the lift-off of a South Korean rocket later this day, its spokesman Lieutenant Commander Armand Balilo said.

Balilo told Radyo Inquirer 990AM in an interview that the PCG is closely monitoring the eastern part of the country, where the government declared “a no-fly, no-sail policy.”
