BI’s one-stop shop at Naia Terminal 3 open for the holidays
MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Immigration (BI) assured the public that its 24/7 one-stop shop at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 will remain operational to cater to urgent immigration needs.
BI Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado said their one-stop shop will remain open to assist with basic immigration services such as tourist visa extensions and exit clearances.He added that the BI’s eServices website will also remain operational, allowing the public to continue accessing immigration services online.
With this, Viado reminded foreign nationals in the country to ensure they do not overstay during the holiday season.
“We have opened up these channels to ensure that our services remain accessible,” Viado said in a statement over the weekend.
“We want to make things easier for our foreign visitors so they can maximize their holiday celebration in the Philippines,” he added.
The BI’s one-stop shop is located on Level 3 of NAIA Terminal 3’s departure area.
