Sales office in Mandaue ransacked; P300T missing

AT LEAST P300,000 cash was taken when the sales office of the San Miguel Brewery in barangay Tipolo, Mandaue City, was burglarized yesterday.

Kristine Rosacena, 24, cashier of the company, discovered the burglary around 7 a.m. yesterday.

Rosacena told police that there was no other person when she arrived at the office and found the safety vault destroyed.

Rosacena said she called sales supervisor Jack Farrarons, who helped her check vault, and found that a cash worth P304,820 was missing.
