Most of the beneficiaries are OFWs who weren’t able to go back to their respective jobs abroad while some are distressed Filipinos who were repatriated due to calamities.

DMW Secretary Hans Cacdac said the action funds seek to help OFWs navigate back in life. Some beneficiaries were granted aid for livelihood.
