During Pruce’s farewell call to Locsin, the envoy informed the country’s top diplomat that the United Kingdom’s donation of 415,000 doses of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine is tentatively scheduled to arrive in the Philippines on August 2.

Their discussions also addressed matters previously discussed between Locsin and British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab, which included enhanced bilateral partnership, police cooperation and the UK’s bid to become an Association of Southeast Asian Nations Dialogue Partner, according to the DFA. — McKenzie Kinsella, Trainee
