MANILA, Philippines—A relative of a victim of last year’s Manila hostage crisis expressed “disappointment” over the Philippine government’s slow resolution of the incident, saying none of those deemed accountable of the bungled rescue have been punished.
Tse Ching Hang said the victims also sought a formal apology from the Philippine government, which he and four other relatives of victims hope to accomplish with their arrival in Manila Sunday night.
