Jazz group Retromeca
SAN FRANCISCO—This city’s annual Asian Heritage Street Celebration will be held on Sunday, May 19 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. It’s a huge block party featuring food booths, arts and crafts, community and health information, dances and live entertainment.
The celebration is produced by the Asian Week, with the San Francisco Filipino American Jazz Festival as a community partner this year. The Jazz fest’s featured group is Retromeca, performing on the Larkin/Golden Gate streets stage from 2 to 3 p.m.
