Saudi Arabia is hiring Muslim nurses — POEA

MANILA, Philippines — The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is in need of Muslim nurses, according to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

In an advisory, the POEA announced that staff nurses are being sought by the KSA Ministry of Health–Hospital Operation Program for possible job opportunities in different hospitals in Saudi Arabia.

“KSA is in urgent need of qualified Muslim applicants to be assigned to different hospitals in Makkah region,” said the POEA.

Qualifications include being female; Muslim; nursing graduates or with Masteral Degree; with Board License or Prometric Exam passer/with Saudi Council Certificate; minimum of four years experience for nursing graduates, or minimum two years experience for those with Masters Degree; and not more than 40 years old.

Those who will be hired shall have a basic salary of SR 4,080, according to the POEA.

Applicants are advised to personally submit a detailed resume with job description; school credentials; employment certificates; passport copy; and two pieces of 2X2 recent picture at the Manpower Registry Division, Window T, ground floor, Blas F. Ople Building (formerly POEA Bldg.), Ortigas Avenue corner EDSA in Mandaluyong City.

The deadline for the submission of applications is on April 7.
