CEBU CITY, Philippines—The Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID) has issued a hold departure order against three South Koreans tagged in several car theft cases in Cebu.
Senior Superintendent Patronelli Baldebrin, Mandaue City police director, said that on Wednesday morning, they received the BID Manila hold departure order for Kim Kyung Hwan, 33; Won Seok Lee, 32; and Jang Hyun Lee, 34.
Kim, Won and Jang are accused of stealing the gray Hyundai Starex van of Francisco Perater Jr. in Barangay Parian, Cebu City, in early February. Chito Aragon, Inquirer Visayas
