VIENTIANE, Laos—President Benigno Aquino III arrived at Wattay International Airport in Laos at 2:45 p.m. (3:45 p.m. Manila time) for the 9th Asia Europe Meeting.

Aquino was to meet Sunday night with the Filipino community at the Mekong Restaurant in Vientiane.
