US Embassy closed on Independence Day

MANILA, Philippines – The United States Embassy will be closed on June 12, in observance of the Philippine Independence Day, it said in a statement released Friday.

“The Embassy of the United States in Manila and its affiliated offices will be closed to the public on Tuesday, June 12, in observance of Philippine Independence Day,” it said in a statement.

The US Embassy is located along Roxas Boulevard and provides various services such as the issuance of visas.

It will resume services on Wednesday, June 13, it said.
