Young adults can remain on a parent’s employer-based insurance until they turn 26.

Who Gets What Benefit
Small business owners with 25 or fewer full-time employees who earn less than $50,000 may qualify for a tax credit of up to 35 percent of what they pay in health insurance to offset the cost. Non-profits qualify for up to 25 percent tax credit.

How Many Will Benefit
Approximately 456,000 small businesses.
