Cebu Pacific issues latest flight advisory

MANILA, Philippines –Cebu Pacific issued the latest Middle East flight cancellations as of March 3, 2026, 6 p.m.
Due to the continuing and evolving security situation in parts of the Middle East, Cebu Pacific (CEB) has cancelled the following flights:
March 4
5J 14/15: Manila – Dubai – Manila
5J 18/19: Manila – Dubai – Manila
5J 740: Manila – Riyadh
March 5
5J 14/15: Manila – Dubai – Manila
5J 741: Riyadh – Manila
“The safety and well-being of our passengers, crew, and ground team remain our highest priority. We continue to closely monitor developments and assess flight operations in the region,” the airline said in a statement.
CEB is also providing flexible options, including free rebooking and Travel Fund conversion, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from the following destinations:
Dubai: March 1-8
Riyadh: March 1-9
It added that passengers may avail themselves of these options through the Manage Booking portal of the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking up to two hours before their scheduled time of departure.
CEB will continue to assess its flight operations to and from the Middle East.
Amid the developing situation, CEB said further schedule adjustments may be necessary.
