Pinoy repatriates from Israel now total of 47

Thirteen more Filipino hotel workers and caregivers arrived at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) on Friday, bringing to 47 the total of Filipinos who have sought repatriation since the start of the Israel-Iran conflict. “Another batch of 13 overseas Filipino workers from Israel returned home safely on July 4, 2025, at Naia Terminal 1, reflecting the whole-of-government team’s continued efforts on assisting distressed workers in the Middle East,” The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) said in a statement on Saturday that repatriates were given assistance by the DMW and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration. —PNA
