MANILA, Philippines—Filipino-Americans Lilia Guillermo and Mario Guillermo of Vallejo, California are the 1,500th and 1,501st Overseas Absentee Voters who registered at the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco.

This was revealed by the consulate as it encouraged Filipino citizens or dual citizens, of at least 18 years of age, “to register as overseas absentee voters so that they may also exercise their constitutionally protected right of suffrage.”
