VATICAN CITY — Pilgrims in St. Peter’s Square watch Mass on a giant Jumbotron, as the proceedings inside the Pauline and Sistine Chapels remain off-limits to the public. Wednesday marks the start of the papal conclave, with one ballot expected in the evening. For the succeeding days, four ballots are scheduled—two in the morning and two in the evening.
Meanwhile, journalists from around the world are on the ground, reporting live from the square and media center. /dl
