MANILA, Philippines — Former President Rodrigo Duterte’s youngest daughter, Veronica, and his common law partner Cielito “Honeylet” Avanceña have arrived in The Hague, Netherlands to visit him while in custody of the International Criminal Court (ICC)
Based on a The Filipino Correspondents News (TFCN) report, Veronica and Avanceña were spotted outside the ICC detention center in Scheveningen, The Hague where Duterte is held.

Their arrival comes two days before Duterte’s 80th birth anniversary.
Vice President Sara Duterte previously said her sister Veronica and Avanceña were scheduled to visit Duterte inside the ICC detention center on March 28.
Meanwhile, the vice president’s biological mother and Rodrigo Duterte’s ex-wife, Elizabeth Zimmerman, will be visiting either on March 28 or 29.
The ICC currently has custody of former President Duterte after he was arrested and sent to The Hague for crimes against humanity allegedly committed during his administration’s war against drugs.
