It was Ms. Sonia Ushirogochi, official adjudicator of Guinness World Records Japan K.K, who announced the city’s feat on Friday. She also regarded Pancit Malabon as a “classic and important dish of Malabon City”.
World Records,” the local government unit added.
(But the challenge does not end here— we need to ensure that we document and properly distribute the 6,000 bowls of Pancit Malabon for actual consumption, in line with the rules of Guinness World Records.)

Malabueños participated in the event, where they meticulously prepared the bowls of Pancit Malabon. They had to weigh the bowls, and properly place them on long tables to make both ends of lines meet.
