MANILA, Philippines — First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos was never detained during her recent trip to the United States (US), a Palace official said on Thursday.
The first lady was in the US from March 5 to 8 to attend the Meeting of the Minds and the Manila International Film Festival.
In a Viber message to reporters, Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said, “There is no truth that FL was held by any law enforcers while in LA or and in any other place.”
