Duterte had been in Hong Kong over the weekend for a Partido Demokratiko Pilipino (PDP) event with overseas Filipinos.
Reports said an Interpol red notice had already been issued against him.
However, the red notice has yet to be seen on either the International Criminal Court (ICC) or Interpol’s official public channels.
Malacañang previously said it was ready to cooperate with Interpol if the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued a warrant to arrest the former president.
