Marcos welcomes Cambodian PM in Malacañang Palace

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday welcomed Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet.
Manet is on a two-day visit to the Philippines.
The Presidential Communications Office said his visit aims to “elevate relations further and advance cooperation in combating transnational crimes, defense, trade, tourism, and regional and multilateral cooperation.”

Manet, who is a first-time visitor to the Philippines, is accorded arrival honors in Malacañang Palace before being introduced to the Philippine delegation after the ceremony.
The Cambodian leader, who donned a black two-piece suit, then proceeded to sign the guest book in the Palace.
