Absentee voters’ listing at Naia

MANILA, Philippines—Overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) may now register at the airport as absentee voters before leaving the country to enable them to vote in the 2013 elections.

The Commission on Elections, Department of Foreign Affairs–Overseas Absentee Voting Secretariat and Manila International Airport Authority on Friday signed a memorandum of agreement to establish a field registration center at the country’s premier airport to allow OFWs to register before their departure.
