US President Biden slams ‘outrageous’ Russian missile attack on Ukraine

US President Joe Biden on Wednesday labeled as “outrageous” a Russian Christmas Day attack on Ukraine‘s power grid, after Moscow launched over 170 missiles and drones, killing an energy worker.

“The purpose of this outrageous attack was to cut off the Ukrainian people’s access to heat and electricity during winter and to jeopardize the safety of its grid,” said Biden in a statement.
