MANILA, Philippines—The passport services of the Department of Foreign Affairs will be closed on February 13, a special non-working holiday in Parañaque City.

Document authentication will not be available also on that day as Parañaque, where the DFA main office is located, celebrates its City Day, the DFA said in a statement.

However, the Office of Consular Affairs Authentication Division located in the DFA’s Roxas Boulevard office will be open to the public on that day, it said.

DFA-OCA operations in its ASEANA office will resume on February 14.
